SHIPPING POLICY

Production Time
Every item at Knoll Stone is made to order. Production time varies by product:

• Boxy Tee: 2-4 business days
• Ribbed Knit Beanie: 3-6 business days
• Heavyweight Hoodie: 4-7 business days

Embroidered items require additional production time compared to printed items, as each piece is individually stitched.

Shipping Time
Once production is complete, standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination, generally 7-14 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery
Please allow for production time plus shipping time when estimating your delivery date. Most U.S. orders arrive within 7-12 business days of purchase.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Delays
Occasionally, high demand, holidays, or carrier delays may extend these timelines. We'll do our best to communicate any significant delays via email.

Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately as each is completed, since production times differ by product type.
