REFUND POLICY

At Knoll Stone, every item is made to order. This allows us to keep quality high and avoid excess inventory, but it also means our return process works a little differently than standard retail.

Made-to-Order Items
Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please review our sizing guide carefully before ordering.

Defects and Errors
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, print/embroidery error, or was damaged in shipping, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. To request this, contact us at knollstoneinc@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We'll review and respond within 2-3 business days with next steps.

Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we can only accommodate cancellation requests within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, the item has entered production and cannot be canceled or modified.

Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item. We'll arrange a replacement.
